How Will My Order Be Delivered?

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. We will select the appropriate dispatch method and carrier when you order. It is not possible to choose a carrier or dispatch method. Delivery over £750 for mainland UK is FREE. Please see below for further carrier information.

Dispatch Methods:

Small Parcel Delivery

Most products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as UPS and Interlink. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email  and/or text with the estimated day of delivery and tracking number.

One-Man Delivery

Some larger items will be delivered by specialist carriers. Upon dispatch we will email and/or text you with detailed delivery instructions and an estimated delivery date. We will provide a tracking number so that you can track your package(s).

Two-Man Delivery

The largest items will be handled by specialist carriers Furndeco with two-person delivery teams. As Standard we will take your item to the room of your choice, and allow you to check the item. The orders team will contact you direct to talk you through the process and details of the courier.

Upon dispatch we will email you with detailed delivery instructions and an estimated delivery date.

*We will not deliver your item without confirm the date and 3 hour time slot first.*

 When Will My Order Arrive?

Delivery will differ dependant on the size and nature of the item.  After order placement, we will reconfirm those estimated dispatch and delivery dates on our order confirmation via email. Additionally, you will receive a phone call from the orders team to thank you for your order, and discuss the fastest, and safest delivery option available.

Upon dispatch we will send you a tracking number to track your package to your delivery point as well as update you with a more accurate delivery date.

Delivery Times

  • Small Items Under £100 take 7-14 Working Days
  • One Man Larger Items take 7-14 Working Days
  • Larger Items that require a 2 Man Delivery take 7-14 Working Days
  • Made to order items 4-8 weeks

Bespoke Furniture Delivery Times

On all made to order bespoke Sofas, Dining Chairs, Beds & Wall Art we give a lead time of 4 weeks. Upon ordering, you will be contacted by the orders team, to confirm your order and give you an accurate lead time. When ready and upon dispatch you will receive another phone call/ email to confirm the delivery process & time. You can expect delivery of a made to order items to be 4-8 weeks from the date of ordering.

Dispatch Costs & Free Delivery 

Delivery of items £750.00 and over are FREE. We charge between £7.99  - £45.00 for delivery of all other items depending on weight and post code area. All fees are clearly marked in the shopping basket and throughout checkout.

Certain extended areas in the UK may have an additional surcharge for full details read below.

UK Extended Area Dispatch Fees (excluding Northern Ireland)

For large items based on dimensions and or weight we use specialist couriers to ensure safe handling. If your delivery address and items purchased falls into this category the following surcharges will apply per order. All fees are clearly marked in the shopping basket and throughout checkout.

Returns - Small Items (under 20kg)

Please note we do not provide a return service for small delivery items unless the item is damaged. Should you find a item damaged on delivery please mark the item as damaged or unchecked with the courier. If when you unpack a item and it is found to be damanged it must be secured back in its original box. We will only acept returns if we are notified with 48 hours of delivery and a photo to show that they are repackaged back in their original box. Should you need to arrange a return hereafter you will need to arrange that with a courier of your choice and at your own cost. 

Please note: All mirrored furniture is non refundable once delivered in a sasifactory condition. 

Returns - Large Items (over 20kg)

All items delivered with our specialist 2 man delivery service are offered on a check first basis. You will be allocated time to unpack and check your item to ensure you are happy with it. We accept no returns past this point once you have signed that the item has arrived in good condition. If an item has been damaged in transit the courier will bring it back with them and a replacement will be arranged for you. It is therefore important that when the couriers call you to arrange delivery you ensure you arrange it on a date that you have time to check your order.
